Rogiel c4052ccb3b Divides 'dist' folder into several assembly specific distribution parts 
The 'dist' folder has been renamed to 'distribution' and divided into 2
subfolders:
 - 'distribution/global' -> included in all assemblies
 - 'distribution/sql' -> included in SQL assemblies
