Rogiel eac9bde6c1 Default ConfigurationService is now XMLConfigurationService

The new default Configuration Service is based on XML configuration
files instead of the plain old properties files. XML allows better
flexibility and more with DTD it is possible to do on-editting
validation.

			== L2J Rewrite ==
  This is an rewrite of the l2jserver. This software is a complete rewrite
from scratch and thus does not use any code from original l2jserver.
  Additionally, this rewrite is lacking a name and is currently using
L2JServer a temporary name.
