Rogiel Sulzbach ef39f3c67e Implements server version modularization

Now each server server has an maven module which implements changes to
the default behavior within the "core" gameserver module. This allows to
keep multiple server versions without the need of several branches and
with little code duplication.

			== L2J Rewrite ==
  This is an rewrite of the l2jserver. This software is a complete rewrite
from scratch and thus does not use any code from original l2jserver.
  Additionally, this rewrite is lacking a name and is currently using
L2JServer a temporary name.
